The Property

Grange Farmhouse is a traditional Farmhouse in a small rural village.
It is set in 12 acres of gardens, paddocks, lakes and farmland.

Within the grounds there are:

   •   6 static caravans

   •   8 self-catering cottages

   •   2 holiday lodges

Elevation, Orientation and Access to the Sea
The ground is flat with no adverse slopes, however we have created ‘banks’ to the periphery of our land which are planted with wild flowers and trees, and are used by guests walking their dogs.

We are about 3 miles from the sea and the town of Mablethorpe

Footpaths are well maintained as are the lawned areas

Access and Parking
Access to the main office is via a footpath, path level with one small step into the office.

Parking is at a rear car park some 20m from the main entrance with access via a path and private drive

External lighting – this is a rural environment and can be dark in some areas

Public Transport
Maltby-le-Marsh is 3 miles from Mablethorpe and 5 miles from Alford

There is a bus service from the village and a Call Connect bus service

Local taxi service available nearby

Skegness Train Station is a 25 minute drive away

Public House/ Restaurant
50 yards to and from for eating purposes to the local Public House

Mobile service reception available

Service dogs catered for with on site dog exercise area, but cannot be left in bedrooms unattended

Kennel also available

We will endeavor to do our best to cater for any disability and tailor anything we can to assist our guests according to their needs

A separate coin operated Laundry room is on site for use by guests
