We are thrilled that our Head Chef, Ant Cron, has launched our Autumn Menu at our brand-new kitchen and restaurant. Ant has 20 years’ experience and comes from a five-star background working at The Waldorf Hotel and Hippodrome Casino in London and in Australia. With time served locally at The Livesey Arms, The Milhouse Restaurant, Covenham and the Comfy Duck, Oaklands Hall Hotel under his belt, we are delighted that he is growing his team and menus at The Stables Bar & Restaurant, our new venture at Grange Farm Park on the East Coast of Lincolnshire.
Gearing up for our first Christmas, the restaurant and bar offers wide appeal both for leisure guests on park or locally on holiday and for those living in the area.
“The evolution of our business is mostly market-driven and having looked at the demands of the market and the feedback of our most regular guests, we embarked on this project, which follows closely to the extension and development of the park and addition of 4 new luxury holiday lodges”, shares Jonathan Graves (Partner at Grange Farm Park and The Stables Restaurant and Bar)
Committed to serving the best seasonal dishes using ethically sourced ingredients, The Stables Restaurant and Bar offers British favourites and comfort food classics in a relaxed and informal brasserie setting serving a menu that combines local and seasonal ingredients along with some brand-new recipes for the special’s menu.

“We feel we have a superb product here at Grange Farm Park. With exceptional views, fantastic staff and a varied menu. We are delighted in the current climate, to be in a position to build our new luxury bedrooms, restaurant and bar and further develop our park and to compound our commitment to the east coast and to Grange Farm Park and Mablethorpe as a tourist destination. Rebecca O’Brien (Partner at Grange Farm Park and The Stables Restaurant and Bar)
Grange Farm Park is an idyllic retreat for those wanting a holiday that has it all, including a portfolio 6 luxury beautifully furnished guest rooms, some with private hot tubs which are proving extremely popular with leisure and business guests alike. New for 2018 also sees the addition of Poppy and Daisy Lodges which join the other luxury lodges of Badgers Den and Breeze Lodge. There are 8 cottages on site together with 5 well-appointed caravans, enabling us to cater for all budgets and party sizes. Two fishing lakes offer fabulous on-site fishing for overnight guests and our soon to be extended play area offers something for our younger guests.
We are a family owned and run park. Mum – Ann Graves is founder and Senior Partner is joined by her children Rebecca and Jonathan who have other holiday cottages of their own along the east coast of Lincolnshire. Jonathan is also joint owner of ‘Jump Warriors’ – Lincolnshire’s first East Coast trampoline park based in Ingoldmells which opened this summer.
